Protein Packed Pancakes

So the title says it all. Here is my favourite breakfast when I’m working out later in the day and I want a breakfast packed with energy.

Protein Pancakes

Here is what you will need:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20g(2 tbs) oats
  • 1 tbs cottage cheese

Mix all of the ingredients together and let them sit for 1 hour or leave them overnight. That way the oats will absorb some moisture and the texture of the pancake will be fluffly – just as the typicall pancake! Fry the mixture in a preheated pan and enjoy with honey or ketchup.
